*Special Edition* Sidama Natural Coffee
Grown at a high elevation in cooler temperature, Sidama cherries ripen slowly and are harvested late, developing a particularly complex flavor. Our sidama is dry-processed or “natural,” which means that the coffee beans are sun-dried inside the berry. This traditional and more environment-friendly process imbues the beans with a deep aromatic fruitiness.
